Come to Edmonds to see classic yachts and a fish hatchery, enjoy family entertainment and children’s activities all for a good cause. More than 12 classic wooden yachts will converge on the Edmonds Marina for the Classic Yacht Rendezvous. Wear your boat shoes and you and your family can board the Classic Yachts. Enjoy all kinds of entertainment like African music, Blues, Hawaiian and Polynesian Dance Music and a children’s choir. See a Martial Arts Exhibition, a Comedic Juggler, Dance and lessons. Take a moment and refresh yourself in the Beer & Wine Garden and listen to Country, Blues, Disco, R&B, the Army bands and maybe you will take to the stage and sing in the Karaoke Idol contest. The Festival will benefit the Rotary Club of Edmonds who supports the Global Polio Eradication Initiative with such organizations as UNICEF and the World Health Organization. The Rotary Club also supports water projects and local projects like housing for women in transition, college scholarships and food banks. www.edmondswaterfrontfestival
