Learn about “Restoration of Body and Planet” at this very healthy Fair. Learn new things from Educational Speakers, workshops and cooking demonstrations from nutrition and botanical medicine experts. Enlightenment will inspire you in the healing powers of mushrooms, how to eat gluten-free foods and developing traditional knowledge in foods, medicinal plants, basketry, carving and weaving to name a few learning experiences. Enjoy live entertainment and music while sampling nutritious and delicious homemade foods. Tour gardens and take guided walks through the surrounding woods.
