Jay Leno has hosted the very popular “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” since 1992 succeeding the late and great Johnny Carson. Leno’s show won an Emmy in 1992. In his early years, Jay graduated in 1973 from the Emerson College in Boston. While he was in college he performed stand-up comedy in local night clubs and emceed talent shows for extra money. He then moved to Los Angeles and his talent provided him with a writing job for the TV show Good Times and his career took off.
