She idolizes Patsy Cline and Brenda Lee and she has recorded for several films. Her breathtaking cover of Roy Orbison’s “Crying,” is an in-concert showstopper. She has collaborated with Bonnie Raitt, Elton John and veteran crooner Tony Bennett with whom she recorded the 2002 Wonderful World duets album.
