Four decade hit maker, Smokey Robinson will grace the stage with his beautiful R&B tenor voice. Robinson has accumulated more than 4,000 songs to his credit and continues to thrill sold out audiences around the world. His impeccable timing and profound sense of Lyric has won him numerous awards as the Grammy Living Legend Award, NARAS Lifetime Achievement Award, Kennedy Center Honors and the National Medal of Arts Award from the President of the United States. In the Early 70’s Robinson became Vice President of Motown Records and wrote and produced for Motown greats including The Temptations, Brenda Holloway and Marvin Gaye. His music includes, “The Way You Do the Things You Do,” “My Girl,” “Get Ready,” “You Beat Me to the Punch,” and other songwriting triumphs. John Lennon of The Beatles, Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones have given Smokey Robinson honor and have performed such songs as “You’ve Really Got A Hold On Me,” and “Going To A Go-Go.”
