The feeling of the holiday season fills the air with a Free day full of a Christmas Market, Lighting of an unusual Christmas Tree and a Lighted Boat Parade.  The day starts off with a stroll through the Christmas Market featuring Pacific Northwest Arts & Crafts vendors.  Wander through the Local Author’s Book Fair, find your favorite author and get your book signed.  See the lighting of the “World’s Tallest Crab Pot Christmas Tree” and “the World’s Shortest Fireworks Display”.  Enjoy refreshments and the spirit of the season with caroling led by renown tenor Richard Ellis who inspires you.  The Lighted Boat Parade is next as each boat is decorated in their most holiday galore and lights.  All decorated boats are encouraged to attend no matter what size or type from dinghies to crabbers as they file through the marina out to Station Cape Disappointment and back.  Participants go to the Imperial Schooner for an awards presentation and goodies.  http://portofilwaco.com or call 360.642.3143.
