Join KIXI Radio and celebrate The Spirit of the Olympics at the Mercer Island Summer Celebration. Go for the Gold with “Outrageous Olympics”, wacky games, laughter and funny challenges in the “Olympic Village.” The Grand Parade pole vaults you into the celebration of the Olympics. Look for the KIXI Cruiser in the parade! Work up an appetite while walking through the Crafts Marketplace with wares and art, paintings, photography, fabric, clothing & accessories, garden art & furnishings, glass, pottery and jewelry with a juried Junior Art Show. Keep fit with refreshments from a tantalizing selection of delicacies and beverages. On Saturday night relax from festivities for some entertainment and awe inspiring firework displays.
