Create holiday memories as Pacific Northwest Ballet sweeps you away into the holiday season with the Nutcracker and the dream world of Clara on Christmas Eve. The Ballet is based on the work of Maurice Sendak and Kent Stowell who delved deeply into the original story of the Nutcracker, infusing the ballet with the drama. Clara’s world is filled with feelings of her mysterious godfather, a giant mice battle, a growing Christmas tree, and a favorite nutcracker turned into a handsome prince.
