You can dig them and eat them as you celebrate Razor Clams at this Festival. Kick off the Festival with a hearty Firemen’s Pancake Breakfast at 7AM. Stroll through Craft and Food Vendors. Enjoy a variety of events and entertainment. Partake in professional and amateur Razor Clam cook-offs that are judged by Chicago’s Hamaro Cantu who is filming his TV cooking show “Cooking Under Pressure” on Sunday.
