Celebrate spring with all things Cheese at this Festival. Participate in Educational Seminars, enjoy Cooking Demonstrations, see a Fresh Mozzarella Making Demo and sip wines paired with delicious cheeses. In the Education Seminars, learn about and taste some amazing cheeses paired with delicious wines from the historic Italian region of Piedmonte. You’ll also learn about California Artisans in the beginnings of their business, progression of business and tradition of cheeses with wine pairings. See several Chef Demos as they create recipes with cheese. Learn how to make Mozzarella Cheese. Participate in the Mac & Cheese Recipe Contest. Throughout the festival when you need refreshment, relax at the Wine & Beer Garden. Winemakers will be available to answer your questions about wines and beers.
