Brilliant costumes and sets from the Ukraine and principle dancers from Russia captivates you with the classical artistry of The Nutcracker Ballet first created by Tchaikovsky and Petipa in St. Petersburg in 1892. See tremendous pageantry, including exotic Arabian dancers, a fierce battle scene and lifelike soldiers and calvalry, mice, elegant snowflakes and of course the beautiful ballerina Clara and her handsome prince. For the young children through age 12, come to the Nutcracker Children’s Party and meet the characters from the ballet, learn the history of this holiday tradition and receive a gift.
