Immerse yourself in celebration of the Viking culture in Poulsbo. Play at the carnival and stroll through a Viking Village. See the Opening Ceremony on Friday including the Norwegian National Anthem, the introduction of Miss Viking Fest and her court and Norwegian Songs sung by the Sons of Norway Men’s Chorus. Sample the culture of the Vikings in dance, music, food and craft booths, a Central Market, a Parade, video presentations and a Lutefisk Eating Contest. Jog through the Viking Fest Road Race, refresh yourselves in the Beer Garden, languish at the Scandinavian Luncheon while lefse and krumkake are being made and enjoy a Pancake Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. http://vikingfest.org/
