Chuck Berry Receives Lifetime Achievement Honor from St. Louis Arts Organization

Marc Andrew Deley/Getty ImagesChuck Berry was on hand to receive a very special honor in his hometown of St. Louis on Monday night.  According to KSDK.com, the 86-year-old rock 'n' roll pioneer was presented with a Lifetime Achievement in the Arts award from the city's Arts and Education Council.

The event also featured a tribute performance by local blues guitarist Billy Peek, who previously has ****** with Berry and Rod Stewart.  The ceremony marked the beginning of 50th anniversary celebrations for the Arts and Education Council, which supports various arts-related programs and events in the St. Louis area.
