Disney Pearl Records/Ross HalfinA new edition of Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp is set to feature one of the music world's most influential songwriters and one of the most acclaimed guitarists of all time. The Beach Boys' Brian Wilson and ex-Yardbirds guitarist Jeff Beck have signed on to headline an installment of the music camp that's schedule top take placed April 18-21 at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
During the four-day extravaganza, Wilson and Beck meet with campers and share their songwriting and performance experiences and techniques. The Beach Boys legend will be joined by several longtime members of his backing group -- including guitarist Jeffrey Foskett, keyboardist Darian Sahanaja, bassist Probyn Gregory and drummer Scott Bennett.
For the big finale, campers will hit the stage to perform for friends and family members, to be followed by a special intimate concert by Wilson and his band.
In addition, several other well-known musicians will serve at counselors during the camp, including Chicago drummer Danny Seraphine, one-time Guns N' Roses keyboardist Teddy Andreadis and former Dino, Desi & Billy/Beach Boys guitarist Billy Hinsche.
Two other previously announced Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp installments will be held at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino prior to the one featuring Wilson and Beck. Sammy Hagar will headline a March 5-9 edition of the camp, while Def Leppard will be on hand for an edition that takes place April 4-7.
