New Video Excerpt Streaming from Robert Plant Live DVD

Artists Den Entertainment/Universal Music GroupRobert Plant has released a new video excerpt on Rollingstone.com from his Robert Plant & the Band of Joy: Live from the Artists Den DVD and Blu-ray which will be available on July 10.  His version of Led Zeppelin's "Gallows Pole" is from the February 2011 concert in Nashville that was broadcast in part on PBS. 

In the package's liner notes, Plant describes the origin of the group's Americana sound: "Some years back I was propelled by chance, with little planning or expectation into an American way...with a lean and pull into a new direction...voices and harmony, restraint and explosion, tight and loose, great joy in great company...in a blizzard in Nashville."
