MJ Kim/MPL Communications Ltd.Paul McCartney will be the final performer at the opening ceremony of the Summer Olympics in London on July 27, and, it turns out, ***** end his set with a sing-along on the Beatles classic "Hey Jude" involving the 60 thousand people at the stadium. At least that's what Britain's The Sunday ***** reports.
Sir Paul will also ask the expected one billion television viewers to join in as he sings "nah nah nah nah nah nah……Hey Jude." McCartney reportedly refused to perform the 1968 classic at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert last month, prompting rumors that the song was being reserved for an Olympics moment.
The opening ceremony will be a three-hour spectacle costing more than 40 million dollars.
