Casablanca RecordsElton John has returned to the top of the album charts in his homeland for the first time in 22 years.  The pop star's collaborative collection with the Australian dance duo Pnau, Elton John vs. Pnau: Good Morning to the Night, debuts at #1 this week on the British albums tally, according to the U.K.'s Official Charts Company.  The record features dance tracks created by Pnau that use samples of classic songs from John's back catalog.

John's last release to reach the pinnacle of the British albums chart was the 1990 compilation The Very Best of Elton John.
