Randy Jackson Says TJ Jackson Guardianship "Based on Lies"; Fears for Katherine Jackson's Life

Kevin Winter/Getty ImagesOn the same day that Katherine Jackson's attorney announced moves to make her and TJ Jackson joint guardians of Michael Jackson's children, Randy Jackson has made his displeasure with the proposal known, and has gone so far as to assert certain involved parties are "trying to take my mother's life."

In a statement released late Friday morning, roughly two hours after the announcement by Katherine Jackson attorney Perry R. Sanders, Randy Jackson makes numerous terse accusations, including:

--"When TJ asked my mother if he should ask for temporary guardianship, my Mother told TJ NO – twice."

--"In order to obtain temporary guardianship, TJ **** to the court. Rebbie, Janet, Jermaine and I would never harm our mother and we are doing our best to protect her and the Estate knows that. I want to know why Perry Sanders would consider a negotiation based on lies."

The "lies" to which Jackson refers are apparently statements made to the court Wednesday during an emergency hearing to grant TJ Jackson temporary guardianship of Michael Jackson's children Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II.  The judge ruled that Katherine Jackson had been unable to serve as guardian because of an "intentional act from third parties."

Randy Jackson also renews accusations he's previously made that the court-approved executors of his late brother's estate are ********** to undermine his mother's authority, and that Michael Jackson's will is itself invalid.

"The Estate is trying to isolate my Mother from her family JUST LIKE THEY DID TO MICHAEL, in order to propagate their lies, financial agendas and to protect a ********** will," Jackson writes.  "The same people that are trying to manipulate my mother are the same people that were involved with my brother when he ****."

His statement concludes, "It is clear that anyone who stands up against the Executors of the Estate…is denied access to my mother.  It is my fear and belief, that they are trying to take my mother’s life."

On Wednesday, a Los Angeles judge appointed TJ Jackson, the 34-year-old son of **** Jackson, as the temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's children.  The move was prompted by 82-year-old Katherine Jackson's recent long absence as she stayed in Tucson, Arizona, during which time she reportedly had no contact with her grandchildren.  She later claimed she was taking a break and had voluntarily cut off communication.
