Epic/Legacy RecordingsBack in May, the estate of Michael Jackson announced plans to reissue the late King of Pop's classic 1987 album Bad as a deluxe package called Bad 25, in celebration of the album's 25th anniversary.  Now, with the September 18 release of the three-CD/one-DVD set only weeks away, Epic and Legacy Recordings has revealed the track listing for the project.

CD one features remastered original album tracks, including "Smooth Criminal," "Man in the Mirror," "Bad," "Another Part of Me," "The Way You Make Me Feel" and "Dirty Diana."  "Leave Me Alone," which was added to the Bad album as a bonus track following its initial release, also will be included.

On CD two, fans will hear previously-unreleased demo recordings that Michael created at the studio located at his then-home on Hayvenhurst Ave. in Encino, California.  The disc also will feature three bonus tracks from a 2001 expanded edition of Bad, including the French version of Jackson performing his song "I Just Can’t Stop Loving You."

To demonstrate Michael's creative processes, demo tracks in various stages of completion also will be included in the Bad anniversary package.  For example, fans will hear the demo "Al Capone," which was an early incarnation of what went on to become "Smooth Criminal."  In addition, there's a track called "Song Groove" that later became known as "Abortion Papers."

The Bad re-release also includes a  DVD featuring restored footage of Jackson’s July 16, 1988, concert at the original Wembley Stadium in London during the Bad tour.  The event was attended by Princess Diana, Prince Charles and 72,000 fans.  Audio of the live performance is also captured on CD three.
