Vinnie Zuffante/Michael Ochs Archives/Getty ImagesThe 1920s mansion in which John Lennon lived with his first wife, Cynthia, from 1964 to 1968 could be yours -- that is, if you can afford the price tag of 15 million pounds, or about 23.5 million dollars.  The luxurious six-bedroom home, located in Surrey, England, was where the late Beatles star resided when he penned the bulk of his contributions to the Fab Four's immortal Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album.  The house also can be seen in the 1988 documentary Imagine: John Lennon. 

According to the U.K. tabloid The Mirror, Lennon spent a modest 20,000 pounds for the property, although the most recent time it sold, in 2007, it went for a reported 5.8 million pounds, or around  9 million dollars.  The newspaper also points out a somewhat alarming piece of trivia about the mansion -- every time it's been put on the market since Lennon sold it, the owners have done so because of the breakup of their marriage.  Lennon, of course, met his second wife, Yoko Ono, while living at the house and he divorced Cynthia in 1968.
