Columbia RecordsA trailer for Aerosmith's upcoming album, Music from Another Dimension!, has debuted on the band's website and official YouTube channel.  The two-minute clip includes a montage of interview footage along with some in-concert scenes and snippets from the album's first single, "Legendary Child."

In the trailer, all five of the group's members are featured talking with enthusiasm about Music from Another Dimension!

Drummer Joey Kramer declares, "I definitely see this album as us reinventing ourselves once again."

Guitarist Joe Perry, meanwhile, comments about the long gestation period of the project.  "We got inspired to do the record," he says, "then we took eight years or so to decide to go in the studio and do it."

Bassist Tom Hamilton points out, "Everybody in the band was 100 percent into it and [producer] Jack [Douglas] was 100 percent into it."

As for guitarist Brad Whitford he notes that going into the sessions, the band had "10 years of backlog, creative musical ideas just busting to come out, and they did."

The clip finishes up with frontman Steven Tyler, who says, "This time around it just felt so good, probably because it was so much distance between the last time we did this."

The singer also suggests that he was exhilarated by the hard work he apparently had to put into the sessions.  "It was great," he asserts.  "I don't mind being all hoarse and raspy now."  He then quips, "Hey, this is Steven Tyler.  I'm as hoarse as a harbor *****."

Music from Another Dimension! arrives in stores on November 6.
