429 RecordsRita Coolidge is known for her Christmas tours, and she's releasing a new holiday album, A Rita Coolidge Christmas.

According to a label press release,  the twelve track CD consists of several holiday standards including "Jingle Bell Rock," "Santa Baby" and "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" as well as original tunes. 

Coolidge says, "Everyone who knows me or has seen me perform knows I love Christmas and the music of the season. The Christmas show is very eclectic and I think the album reflects all the different styles we do very well."

Rita kicks off  her Christmas tour October 12 in Cleveland, Ohio and will perform eleven shows through December.  You can see the full list of tour dates at 429 Records' website.  A Rita Coolidge Christmas will be available October 30.
