Michael Jackson Estate Settles Copyright Infringement Case

MichaelJackson.comMichael Jackson's estate has settled a lawsuit it brought last year against a businessman it accused of infringing upon the King of Pop's copyrights, according to TheWrap.com.

Defendant Howard Mann, who worked with Michael's mother Katherine on a book, was connected to the now-defunct website MichaelJacksonSecretVault.com, which the estate alleged featured illegal use of Jackson-related photos and other intellectual property.
