Ronnie Spector Playing Final Scheduled "Beyond the Beehive Show" This Saturday in NYC

RonnieSpector.comLegendary Ronettes singer Ronnie Spector will give the final scheduled performance of her autobiographical multimedia show, Beyond the Beehive: One Girl's Journey Through Rock, this Saturday at City Winery in New York City.  The two-hour extravaganza features the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer performing some of her classic songs and discussing her long musical career, accompanied by a video and photographic presentation that chronicles her often-turbulent life story.

Among the tales Ronnie relates during the show are highlights of her years with The Ronettes, including the group's tours with The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and much more.  She also shares details about her abusive and tumultuous marriage to producer Phil Spector, who's now in jail for ********* another woman.

In a recent ABC-TV interview, Ronnie said she hopes that her story will be inspirational to women who may be dealing with circumstances similar to what she endured with her ex-husband.  "I want them to know you can go through **** and still survive," she declares.

In a post on her official Facebook page, Ronnie promises "a little surprise&****ip;for the audience" attending Saturday's performance.  Tickets for the show cost between $45 and $65; visit CityWinery.com for more information.
