Photo: Danny ClinchBruce Springsteen is among the stars performing at the sixth annual "Stand Up for Heroes" event that will benefit injured service members, veterans and their families. According to the event press release, the concert on November 8 at New York's Beacon Theatre will also feature comedians Robin Williams, Jon Stewart and Ricky Gervais.  The benefit is part of the ninth annual New York Comedy Festival.  Tickets are available now.

"Stand Up for Heroes" funds the Bob Woodruff Foundation that has provided more than twelve million dollars to assist members of the American armed services.
