Ronnie Wood Guitars, Art and Memorabilia Up for Auction

Julien's AuctionsRolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood and his ex-wife Jo Wood are auctioning fine and decorative art, antiques, and personal property to benefit needy musicians. The auction includes memorabilia from the Stones, Faces, and Ron's solo career as a musician and an artist.

Featured music items include a Mick Jagger handwritten note to Wood, a Rolling Stones poster signed by Jagger, original John Lennon and Steven Verona cartoon drawings used in The Beatles’ first music video, as well as Wood's painted portraits of Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, and Bob Dylan. 

Also up for auction are two Fender Stratocaster guitars custom painted by Wood, one with the body depicting a Rolling Stones recording session.

Fine antiques, furniture and decorative art that the Woods collected from around the world are also available.  A portion of the proceeds from the auction benefits MusiCares, a nonprofit organization that provides emergency financial and medical assistance to the music industry. 

The auction will be held at live and online October 26 and 27 at Julien's Auctions in Beverly Hills.
