Graham Nash to Perform at Benefit for Soldier Accused of Passing Secrets to WikiLeaks

Workhouse PRGraham Nash will play an intimate acoustic set at a benefit for Bradley Manning, the U.S. Army intelligence analyst jailed for allegedly handing over U.S. military intelligence documents to WikiLeaks.  The fundraiser will take place on October 26 at the Church in Ocean Park sanctuary in Santa Monica, California.  Graham will be accompanied by two members of Crosby, Stills & Nash's backing group -- keyboardist James Raymond and guitarist Shane Fontayne.  Raymond is David Crosby's son.

The event also will feature a discussion by Emma Cape, an organizer for The Bradley Manning Support Network, which is sponsoring the benefit.  Advance tickets for the performance can be purchased now at BradleyManning.org for $72.50.  VIP passes that include a pre-event reception with Nash also are available, for $300.

Nash has long been a defender of Manning, and late last year he released a song he co-wrote with Raymond called "Almost Gone" that details the alleged mistreatment the accused soldier has experienced since he was ******** in May 2010.  Manning faces a possible sentence of life in prison if convicted.
