Reprise RecordsThe two-CD and digital versions of Neil Young & Crazy Horse's latest studio effort, Psychedelic Pill, are released today.  The album only features nine tracks -- one of them an alternate version of the title tune -- although three of the songs clock in at more than 16 minutes long.  The digital edition of Psychedelic Pill includes a series of videos created to accompany each song on the album.  Three of these clips are available for viewing now online at Young's official YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, a high-fidelity Blu-ray audio/video version of Psychedelic Pill and a high-quality three-LP set will hit stores on November 19.  The album follows on the heels of Neil Young & Crazy Horse's collection of traditional cover tunes, Americana, which was issued in June.

Young and his band are preparing to hit the road for the final North American tour leg of 2012.  The trek kicks off November 10 in Seattle, and runs through a December 4 show in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
