The founding Pink Floyd singer/bassist performed with a group of wounded vets he recently met at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C.
Waters and the wounded soldiers performed three songs, included Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here.”
The event at Manhattan’s Beacon Theatre also featured performances by Bruce Springsteen and John Mayer along with appearances by Robin Williams, Jon Stewart and Ricky Gervais. The fundraiser benefits injured service members, veterans and their families.
