PRNewsFotoDid you hear the story about Michael Jackson and Mark Wahlberg fighting over a private plane shortly after 9/11? According to sources close to Wahlberg, the whole incident never happened, reports TMZ.com.
A new book, titled Untouchable, by Randall Sullivan, claims that in the days following the terrorist attack Jackson and his children and several relatives headed to White Plains, New York to catch a private plane owned by Sony back to Los Angeles.
However, when the singer arrived he was met by Wahlberg and his entourage, who were also there to use Sony's plane. Sullivan alleges that the pair got into a verbal exchange over who would take the jet. But reportedly, Sony settled the argument by granting it to Jackson.
But sources close to Wahlberg tell TMZ the actor had no need for a plane from Sony to fly to Los Angeles because he already owned a private jet.
