Mick Rock/Wolfson EntertainmentAtlantic City, New Jersey, and its surrounding areas were among the hardest hit by Hurricane Sandy last month.  Now, Daryl Hall & John Oates are heading to A.C. for a special benefit concert next month.

The legendary pop duo will perform at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa on December 1, and are donating their performance fee, as well as all proceeds from the event, to the American Red Cross.

In addition to donating the proceeds, the duo is also going to be selling a T-shirt commemorating the event, and all those monies will go to the Red Cross as well.

In a statement, Daryl Hall says, "This really means a lot to me.  These are my people that got hurt.  This is my neighborhood."  Hall & Oates are from nearby Philadelphia.
