Paul McCartney Releasing Expanded Digital Version of "Kisses on the Bottom"

PaulMcCartney.comJust in time for the holidays, Paul McCartney is releasing is a special deluxe edition of his 2012 standards album, Kisses on the Bottom, as a digital download exclusively via iTunes. Kisses on the Bottom -- Complete Kisses gathers the 14 tunes from the original record and the 13-song performance McCartney did at Capitol Studios in Los Angeles this past February to celebrate the album's release, plus four bonus tracks.

Among the extra tunes included on Complete Kisses is Sir Paul's rendition of "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)," which also appears on the recently-released compilation Holidays Rule. The other bonus tracks are an alternate version of "My Valentine" arranged by Johnny Mandel and two more songs from the Kisses on the Bottom sessions -- "Baby's Request" and "My One and Only Love."

The live tunes are the same performances captured for McCartney's new DVD/Blu-ray, Live Kisses. Macca was backed at the concert by acclaimed jazz pianist Diana Krall, as well as many of the other musicians who contributed to Kisses in the Bottom. Also appearing was guest guitarist Joe Walsh.

Kisses in the Bottom -- Complete Kisses will be available for purchase starting Tuesday.
