The guitarist who delivers the best rendition of "*******" will receive a grand prize that includes a Fender "Blackie" Stratocaster, a super-deluxe edition of the Slowhand reissue and a high-quality vinyl LP version of the remastered album. The winner will be chosen by judges representing Talenthouse.com, which is hosting the competition.
In addition, a "People's Choice" prize -- a copy of the a super-deluxe Slowhand reissue -- will be awarded to the entrant whose video receives the highest number of votes from visitors to the Talenthouse site.
Entries will be accepted through January 23, 2013. Voting for the People's Choice winner will begin the next day and will run until January 31. The winners then will be revealed on February 6.
