Micky Dolenz, Peter Frampton Talk About Their Christmas Dilemmas

Paradise ArtistsFor people with extended families, deciding where to spend the holidays can some***** be complicated, since various loved ones may arrange their get-togethers on the same day in locations far from each other.  The Monkees' Micky Dolenz and guitar great Peter Frampton admit that deciding what to do for Christmas can especially be tricky for them, since they've both been married multiple *****.

Dolenz, who recently ******* up a successful Monkees tour that saw Michael Nesmith joining the group for the first time in many years, explained to ABC News Radio recently that his holiday plans are "different every year."

"I have a child from my first marriage, three children from my second marriage, and my current wife has a huge family back East," he noted.  "So every year it's a scramble -- 'Where are we going this year?' and 'Where are we going that...'"

Dolenz added that while he spent the 2011 holidays in Los Angeles, "this year I'm doing Christmas with my wife in [Philadelphia.]"

As for Frampton, he told ABC News Radio in a recent interview, "I have family all over the country, so I don't know where I'm gonna end up yet, 'cause otherwise it smells of favoritism. I have to leave it to the last moment, I think, and see who's not doing too much, and then I'll go and join them."

Meanwhile, fans who are looking for a last-minute holiday gift might want to check out Dolenz's new solo album, Remember, and Frampton's recently released FCA! 35 Tour: An Evening with Peter Frampton live DVD, Blu-ray and CD sets.
