Speedwagon.comWith the holidays upon us, REO Speedwagon frontman Kevin Cronin has posted a video message on the band's official website and Facebook page sending out special wishes to fans.
"I have got my family at home: my wife and kids. I've got my REO Speedwagon family: the guys in the band and the crew and everybody. And then, my third family is you guys, the fans," the singer says in the clip. "We love you all and want to wish you all happy holidays, whatever you celebrate -- Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, whatever else there is."
Cronin also suggests a New Year's resolution that he hopes REO's faithful followers will make.
"That would be to make sure you come and see us [in concert] next year," he declares, "'cause we're gonna be rockin'."
Before ringing in the New Year, REO Speedwagon still has a bit more rocking out to do in 2012. The group has two more concerts lined up this month -- a show this Saturday, December 29, in Biloxi, Mississippi, and a New Year's Eve gig in Orlando, Florida. The band also has a few 2013 dates on its itinerary.
