Rare Guitar Played by Two Beatles to Be Auctioned Next Month

Courtesy of Julien's AuctionsA rare custom-made Vox electric guitar played by both John Lennon and George Harrison while they were in The Beatles is among the highlights of a memorabilia auction that will be held at the Hard Rock Café in New York City on May 18.  The instrument, which can be seen in the Fab Four's Magical Mystery Tour film, is expected to fetch between $200,000 and $300,000. read more ≫


Peter Frampton Schedules New Guitar Circus Tour Dates

Frampton.comPeter Frampton's upcoming Guitar Circus Tour, which will feature the veteran rocker playing alongside various other well-known guitarists, is really beginning to take shape.  Frampton now has confirmed a dozen shows, stretching from a June 8 appearance in Midland, Texas, through an August 30 show in Lincoln, California.  Even more dates have popped up online at other sites, although they've yet to be listed on Frampton.com. read more ≫
