Jackson Browne to Appear at NYC Concert Supporting Imprisoned Native American Activist

Photo: Alan KazlowskiJackson Browne is among the artists set to perform at an upcoming concert event calling for the release of Leonard Peltier, the Native American activist who in 1976 was convicted of killing two FBI agents on South Dakota's Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. 

The Bring Leonard Peltier Home 2012 Concert will take place December 14 at the Beacon Theatre in New York City, and will be hosted by two legendary civil-rights supporters -- folk legend Pete Seeger and veteran actor/singer Harry Belafonte. read more ≫

Catch Stevie Wonder on Star-Studded 40th Anniversary American Music Awards Tonight on ABC

Facebook.com/AMAsMusic's biggest names will gather this Sunday night in Los Angeles to celebrate the 40th Anniversary American Music Awards, airing live from the NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE on ABC at 8 p.m. ET/PT. 

The evening will include a special performance by Stevie Wonder paying tribute to the late **** Clark, who created the AMAs four decades ago.  More than a dozen other stars also will perform during the show, among them Christina Aguilera, Justin Bieber, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Ke$ha, Linkin Park, Nicki Minaj, No Doubt, Taylor Swift and Usher. read more ≫
