Billy Joel Turned Away from Massachusetts Restaurant

BillyJoel.comBilly Joel may be a music legend, but that doesn't mean he can always get a table at a restaurant.  The Boston Herald reports that the Piano Man and a female companion were turned away from an eatery called Duckworth's in Gloucester, Massachusetts the other night.  The restaurant only has 36 seats and doesn't take reservations; when Joel arrived, every table was full. read more ≫

Vinnie Zuffante/Michael Ochs Archives/Getty ImagesThe 1920s mansion in which John Lennon lived with his first wife, Cynthia, from 1964 to 1968 could be yours -- that is, if you can afford the price tag of 15 million pounds, or about 23.5 million dollars.  The luxurious six-bedroom home, located in Surrey, England, was where the late Beatles star resided when he penned the bulk of his contributions to the Fab Four's immortal Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album.  The house also can be seen in the 1988 documentary Imagine: John Lennon.  read more ≫
