78: The Power of Extreme Honesty with Lauren Zander

KIXI_logo

Our guest this week is Lauren Zander, co-founder of the Handel Group and author of Maybe It’s You: Cut the Crap. Face Your Fears. Love Your Life. She does “executive life coaching,” which is a way of fixing the individual to fix a corporate culture. We talk about the importance of honesty, extreme, brutal honesty in every aspect of our life. It’s corporate coaching, but it’s focused on making people better.

As Lauren puts, she’s teaching people how to “human” again. The Handel method is a no nonsense, irreverent method of giving your personal and professional dreams a language and unlocking your potential in every area of your life.

To follow up with Lauren and get on your path to the level of extreme honesty she talked about visit her website or check out inner.u.
