Our guest this week is Musician Karen Waldrup. We don’t typically have artists and musicians on our show, BUT Karen isn’t like other artists. She doesn’t have a record contract or financial backing. She crowd-funded her last album on IndieGoGo, and regularly performs concerts online for her 100s of thousands of followers. We got Karen to talk about how she got started with her innovative approach to grassroots marketing, and how she balances her time between nurturing her entrepreneurial spirit and being an artist.
