Our guest this week is Dr. John Huber (www.mainstreammentalhealth.org) is the Chairman for Mainstream Mental Health, a non-profit organization that brings lasting and positive change to the lives of individuals that suffer from mental health issues. Dr. Huber is a Clinical Forensic Psychologist.

We talk to him about breaking down the stigmas of mental illness. We also get technical about why getting outside is beneficial for your brain, and the dangerous effects of modern life on our minds and what we can do to combat them and avoid the addictive traps of social media.
