Stay Healthy, Easy 10-minute Workout with Prima Tesh

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many aspects of our lives.  Maybe you’re sheltering in place, or even under quarantine.  It can be stressful.  But there are still things we need to do to take care of ourselves.  Exercise is even more important now, as it will help our immune system and improve our mood.  KIXI Midday host John Tesh along with his daughter Prima Tesh, and son Gib Gerrard are offering online workout instruction, 10 minutes of exercise with Prima (Pure Barre trained instructor) (she even uses canned food as weights) and offers Intelligence on how exercise supports immune function and improves mood etc.  These short workouts will be offered online via Facebook Live on Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9am Pacific, and these are geared to all fitness levels.  And Monday, a special workout geared toward seniors.  Here’s the link to John’s Facebook page where you’ll find the workouts and lots of other empowering and uplifting stuff.  Click here and start feeling better!   You should consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.
